    A Spanish fontange advertising fan printed in France.  The woman with the fan is ready for the
    masquerade
    ball as the sun sets - the gondola in the river to the left is not
    consistent
    with a Spanish
    scene
    ?  The ad states that "Wine and Syrup" is "the most powerful to restore anemia, weakness, and depletion."
    It has 9 brown stained and shaped wood sticks 8-3/4" long at the guards and 10-3/4" at mid fan.  The fan's width is 10-1/4" when open.  It has a steel rivet and 1 brass washer.
