RCA LPM-3468.
Cover is in EX++ condition with only slight corner wear, other than that it's beautiful with solid edges and spine.  The shrink does show light surface rub and has a 4" break along the back spine area from the bottom (see photo).  There's also a 1.5" break at lower right corner and on the hype sticker it says 'mom'.
The vinyl looks awesome, no marks at all and all shine.  It plays excellent with just light crackling during dead or quiet play, EX.
The bonus photo is also super nice with minimal surface abrasions, super nice and glossy.  The only thing is it shows a tad discoloration around the edges and has "mom's" written at the top in the border right above the left side of Elvis's head.  You can't see it but at an angle, it looks like someone wrote it in pen but the ink never flowed out due to the glossiness of the photo.  So it's an indentation.  On the back, someone had doodled 'Elvis' in pencil but it was erased off.  It's also very very lightly seen at an angle from the front.  Still, both hard to notice things.  You have to be scrutinizing it.  Also comes with original RCA Victor sleeve.
