This is Elvis' 3rd concert program and fairly rare as he did not tour much in 1957, although it may have been available through some Elvis fan clubs.
It only has minimal handling wear.  The only thing somewhat noticable is a very slight fold mark down the middle (see photos).  It left very light creasing marks that are
really only lightly noticeable on the front cover.  It measures 8"x10" and has 8 inside pages plus the front and back cover.
Otherwise, the binding is strong with no rust on the staples.
