    Hammersley Pink and Gold Overlay with Red Roses Tea Cup and Saucer

    A beautiful footed and waisted tea cup and saucer by Hammersley China of England.  Features a white background with pink band and luxurious gold floral chintz overlay on the rim and hand painted red Roses, Tulips, and Daffodil sprays on the tea cup interior and saucer.  Tea cup has matching floral sprays on the exterior.  Tea cup is footed with broken loop style handle accented in gold.  Both the tea cup and saucer have scalloped edges trimmed in gold.
    This beautiful tea cup and saucer would make an elegant addition to any afternoon tea service or collection.
