Hammersley Victorian Violets Bone China Bread & Butter Plate Scalloped Edge 6"

Description

In excellent condition with no visible chips or cracks to the piece. Please note that the gold paint around the rim does show wear in some spots, and there are a few utensil marks that may have lightly scratched the glaze on the front of the plate. Hammersley & Co. English Bone China 6" bread and butter plate with scalloped edge and no embossing. Pattern on this piece is Victorian Violets, and my research on the backstamp on the piece indicates it may have been manufactured between 1912 and 1939, but I was not able to corroborate this between multiple sources to be certain.
