    Description

    rare L.T. Piver Paris Advertising Fan for "Parfum Floramye" Fragrance from c1910.  Sticks are brown.    Artist is Mich.
    Fabulous illustrations of well dressed lady in a hat and scarf blowing in the breeze in some type of flying machine.   her "co-pilot", a dog looks to be pretty scared!    Below are boats, people and the sea.
    On the front:  "Souvenir from Vichy - Etat".  On the back "Vichy-Celestins"
    Back is nice green design
