    Description

    Approx. 3 1/4" in diameter x 1" tall, this unique metal box is wonderfully detailed with a peacock fanning his tail feathers. It has shiny gold plating inside. Some spotting inside due to a small bit of surface rust, a testament to its age. Slightly misshapen around rim but lid fits nicely and it is not too noticeable. Super detailed and signed with a letter 'A'. Even the sides have embossed waves and birds. It was never painted. Very good condition! Ca. 1950 or older. Good luck!
