Description

Corner and edge wear.  Tips worn, small creases, fraying.  Top left corner missing.  Numerous creases on both left corners.  Numerous creases on the lower edge.  Tears on the bottom edge center.  Heavy soiling.  Stains and surface 'curdling' or something corrosive going on in the center and upper portions.  Stamp has been removed or lost.
